How to make Apple Pie recipe:Sourdoug bread recipe for apple pie:Apple pie recipe for sourdough dough recipe:Ingredients:3/4 cup white flour1 cup sugar2 tbsp oil1 cup bread flour1 tbsp baking soda2 tbsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp black pepper1/2 cup apple cider vinegar1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/8 tsp baking powder1/6 tsp salt1/16 tsp ground cloves1/3 cup whole wheat flour1/7 cup butter3 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour (or 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp)1 tbsp sugar1/5 cup water1/14 cup unsalted butter1 tsp yeast1/12 tsp saltMethod: Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix flour, sugar, and oil together in a medium bowl.

Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together bread flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In another large bowl add vinegar, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.

Whisk well until blended.

Add butter and mix until well combined.

Add flour mixture and mix to combine.

Add the butter mixture to the flour mixture, mix to incorporate.

Add remaining flour mixture.

Fold in the remaining 1/4 tbsp butter.

Using a rolling pin or a wooden spoon, roll the dough into a 1-inch thick disk.

Place dough on a lightly floured surface and cover loosely with a towel.

Place on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on the edges.

Allow to cool completely before cutting.
