Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic and green onions.

Pour the coconut mixture over the bottom of the saucepan and stir to combine.

Cover the pan and simmer over medium heat until the sauce is thickened and thickened enough to coat a spoon, about 10 minutes.

Let the sauce cool slightly.

In the meantime, in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine all of the remaining ingredients.

Bring the mixture to a low boil, reduce the temperature to medium-high and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick enough to form a paste.

Serve immediately.

Notes For best results, heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Once the oil is hot, stir in the garlic, green onions and bell peppers, stirring to coat all of them in oil.

Cook for another 5 minutes, until they start to brown.

Once browned, stir the coconut sauce into the oil mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.

How to make Thai Chicken recipe with step-by-step photos

My grandmother used to make this Thai chicken recipe, which is one of the best recipes you can make.

The main thing that made it special was the sweet chilli sauce.

My grandma used to cook with that sauce for years, and she made it on her own with just a spoonful of it.

She would just sprinkle it on the chicken and it would be amazing.

When she came back from her cooking school, she asked her daughter if she could make it again.

My daughter is now making it at home in the style of her grandmother.

We also made the same recipe for Thai Chicken on a batch of Thai Chicken Rice.

We made the chicken for a dinner party this past week, and my husband was so excited to serve it.

I was really surprised how easy it was to make, and how it tasted.

I loved the way it turned out.

I made the recipe for one recipe, and I made it again and again until I had it on hand for my next meal.

You can see how easy this recipe is to make.

Just mix up the ingredients, mix it up, and then you’re ready to go.

This recipe makes about 8 servings, or about 1/2 cup of chicken, which I typically eat with rice.

I added about 1 cup of shredded coconut to the recipe to make it easier on the stomach.

To serve, we serve the Thai Chicken with some Thai Basil sauce and fresh parsley for garnish.

Enjoy!

1.

In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for Thai chicken: 2 tablespoons oil, like vegetable or canola, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin.

3.

In another bowl, mix together all of the ingredients: 2 cups chicken broth, 1 cup water, 1/3 cup shredded coconut, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

4.

In the bowl of a food processor, pulse until all of your ingredients are combined.

(This will take about 2 minutes or so.)

5.

Pour the chicken mixture into a large bowl and add a small amount of water to the chicken broth to make sure it doesn’t stick.

6.

Add a few spoonfuls of the chicken to the bowl, and stir it all together to make a smooth mixture.

Add about 1 1/8 cups of the shredded coconut and about 1 teaspoon of the coconut oil to the wet ingredients.

Add the shredded chicken to all of that and stir until all is well combined.

7.

Once all of this is combined, add in the remaining shredded coconut oil and the remaining chicken broth.

(If the coconut is too wet, add more water.)

8.

Blend it together until the consistency is smooth and creamy.

9.

Place the chicken in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until the chicken is browned and starts to turn golden brown on top.

10.

Drain on paper towels and set aside.

11.

To make the sauce, stir together all ingredients: 1 tablespoon water, salt and freshly cracked black pepper, 1 1.5 cups chicken stock, 1 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, and 3 tablespoons coconut water.

12.

Add in the coconut water and mix for a few minutes.

13.

Add some more coconut oil in and mix it well.

14.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

15.

Add to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

16.

When all of these ingredients are added, add the shredded shredded coconut mixture to the sauce and stir well to combine and taste.

Serve with rice, green vegetables, or a salad.
