I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been eating lentils for so long, or if I’m just a big sucker for lentil recipes.
I’ve made a few of my own lentil lentil soup recipes and I love how they can be packed with flavor.
But I’ve always been a big advocate for using fresh lentils and soaking them in liquid for hours to soak them for their natural flavor.
Delicious, crunchy lentil and lentil cobblers that can be served on their own or with a little extra liquid.
