Ingredients: 1 lb pretzel dough (for filling) 2 cups chicken stock 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1 cup chopped parsley 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, tomato sauce, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Place the pretzel into the bowl of a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
Add the parsley and lemon juice and pulse to combine.
In the bowl with the pretzels, combine the pasta, broth, olive oil and minced garlic.
Add 1/8 cup of the chicken stock, 1/3 cup of chopped parsleys, and 1/16 teaspoon salt.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped parsLEY.
Transfer the pretzos to a large baking dish and top with remaining pasta.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Top with additional parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
