Ingredients 4 ounces (113 grams) fresh lemon juice or juice concentrate 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zesting 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white pepper To serve 1 1/6 cups (170 grams) freshly squeezed lemon juice To serve on ice cream: Add 1 cup (250 ml) fresh or frozen white or non-sugar-free lemon juice to a small, resealable plastic bag.
Add the lemon zesters and lemon zesty juice concentrate.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to blend.
