What is a ‘quiche’ and why is it so much fun?
Ingredients 2 cups cooked cooked quiche (or other French bread) 1 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup diced onion 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) Directions Heat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Line quiche with parchment and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, olive oil, onion, garlic, black pepper, cayanne pepper and cumin.
Add to quiche mixture.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until quiche is golden brown.
